  • Once you book a reading, it will be scheduled for an allotted time. During that time you can opt for either a phone reading or a video chat. Lainey will either call you or set up a video meeting via Zoom.

  • You have up to 5 hours before an appointment to reschedule or cancel. If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment, it will be marked as a no show and you will not be refunded.

  • That’s entirely up to you! I recommend once a month or once a season depending on your circumstances.
